The shop is not open. No products are listed for purchase, no payment provider is connected to this site, and the checkout button in the bag does not charge anyone — it explains that payment is not yet wired up. Because of that:

No orders

We cannot accept an order, and you cannot complete one.

No charges

We hold no payment details and cannot take money from you.

Nothing to refund

If you believe you have been charged by this site, it did not come from here.

What will replace this page

Before the shop opens — before a single item can be bought — this page will be replaced with real terms covering:

the cancellation window and how to start a return;
which items can and cannot be returned, and why;
who pays return postage, and in which circumstances;
how long a refund takes to reach the original payment method;
what happens if an item arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all;
your statutory rights, which these terms will not reduce.

Why this page exists before the shop does — because a shop should not be able to open without these terms already published. We would rather show you an honest page that says so than invent a returns window we have not yet agreed with anyone.
